By accessing and using Dream E Card ("us", "we", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder.
We provide personalized digital invitation design services, including video invitations, animated e-cards, and custom digital invites. All designs remain the intellectual property of Dream E Card until full payment is received and the final product is delivered.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full prior to the final delivery of non-watermarked files. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways operating in India.
We offer a specific number of revisions as per the selected package. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to refuse modifications that significantly deviate from the initial requirements discussed.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable Indian copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
In no event shall Dream E Card be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India (specifically in the city of our operation).
